Vietbaby Shopmarks 2025 Program

Vietbaby Fair has launched a Vietbaby Shopmarks 2025 that provides official recognition labels.

Vietbaby Shopmarks is an annual program organized by the Vietnam International Maternity, Baby and Kids Fair (Vietbaby Fair), co-hosted by Coex and Sege Fairs. The program aims to introduce retail stores (hereinafter referred to as “shops”) in the mother and baby industry across Vietnam. Held in three phases each year, Vietbaby Shopmarks covers the Northern, Central, and Southern regions, taking place ahead of each Vietbaby Fair in Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, and Hanoi.

I. Participants

Retail shops in the mother and baby industry across Vietnam.

II. Eligible Entries

Businesses applying for the program must meet all of the following criteria:

Businesses must have been operating in Vietnam for at least one year
Businesses must have a valid business registration license
Businesses must not have violated any laws or government regulations
Businesses must have a physical retail store.

III. Prize Structure & Benefits

A total of 10 Businesses will be selected in each phase and will receive the following exclusive benefits:

Official label	Can be displayed in-store and used across digital platforms (Website, Social Medias, and E-commerce channels).
Promotion via Digital Channels	Business profile featured on the Vietbaby Fair official website and social media platforms.
Onsite Promotion	Business profile and promotional information featured in the official leaflet distributed to Visitors.
Bunsiess Matching Opportunities	Priority support to connect directly (1:1) with brands from Vietnam, Korea, and other countries during Vietbaby Fair

IV. Responsibilities

Top 10 Businesses awarded the Vietbaby Shopmarks label will have the following responsibilities:

Place the official standee at your shop during the exhibition (printed standee provided by Vietbaby Fair)
Cross-promote Vietbaby Fair to your customers through social media platforms.

V. Timeline

The program consists of 02 rounds. The judging panel includes the Organizers, Brands, and Consumers.

ROUND 2	Voting	Based on the photos posted on the Vietbaby Fair fanpage, rankings from 1st to 20th will be determined by the number of reactions.	Consumers
FINAL ROUND	Ranking-to-Points conversion	Based on the results from Brands and Consumers, the Organziers will apply the Ranking-to-Points Scale. The final score will be the sum of points from both Brands and Consumers, after which the Top 10 will be determined.	Organizers
